The Festival of Trees is in its 16th year as a family-centered community event. Proceeds from the festival go toward serving the children and families of The Baby Fold.
Come and enjoy a venue of 7' and 4' custom-designed trees. There's a large selection of celebrity trees, a gingerbread village, unique centerpieces and wreaths. All items are available for bid in a silent auction. You'll also enjoy hundreds of local and national performers and a series of special events.
The entire central Illinois community is invited to kick-off the holiday season at the Festival of Trees! Come enjoy the sights and sounds of Shine the Light with the spectacular Christmas trees, entertainment to suit every taste, and special events for festival-goers of all ages.
FESTIVAL OF TREES BY THE NUMBERS:
• Draws over 10,000 attendees yearly
• Involves over 700 community volunteers
• Raised $191,000 in 2008
• Has raised more than $1 million over the past 14 years for The Baby Fold's programs and services to Illinois children and families.
