Monica Mack, volunteer at the the Museum in Godley, IL, sends along the following note of sincere appreciation:
The Village of Godley would like to thank the list of wonderful people who helped donating time, material and funds in making our little building into a wonderful museum. Without the help of all these wonderful people it would not have been accomplished.
Thank you, Catherine Costello, Dorothy McMullen, Tammi Branum, Bonnie DeMarse, Jackson Branum, Jamie Anderson, Jordan & Cathy Goodman, Jeff Geisler, Tom Perkins, Sr., Tom Perkins, Jr., Steve Perkins, John & Kathy Miller, Lou Vargo, Michelle Waldoch, Victor Zezelic, Emmy Bates, Loretta & Bob Killacky, Dee DeGroh, Nick Unger, Jenny Uhling, Bob Tovey, Randy Wierzgac, Marty Blitstein, R.A. Willis, Dan Butler, John Weiss and Brian Haars, our ex-mayor, for allowing the usage of the Village Hall.
We also would like to thank the Route 66 Association of Illinois, John Ruh and Terry Ryburn for donations as well as Tom Perkins, Sr., for all your materials and hard work. If I am forgetting someone I am truly sorry. Thank you so much for caring and working for food to help us out. Thank you also for the wonderful K-Mine sign on our front of the building and the other sign work.
