Motor Tour 2015: Already in the Works!

It takes the better part of a year for our dedicated Motor Tour committee to coordinate and pull together the awesome experience that is our annual Motor Tour. Plans are already underway for Motor Tour 2015!

Schedule your vacation so you can take part in this exciting event - our 26th annual Motor Tour!

Here's what we know as of November, 2014:

Dates: Friday, June 12, Saturday, June 13 and Sunday, June 14, 2015
2015 Motor Tour theme: Miners, Mobsters and the Mother Road
Hall of Fame Induction and Banquet: Saturday, June 13, Lincoln College Small Gym

This year's tour will begin in Berwyn and we're hoping to make plans to visit the famous Spindle! We will also be rolling along for a part of the newly-created Blue Carpet Corridor.

It would be nice if the motor tour would take the original path of 66 on sunday to catch the Blue carpet corridoor. Alert all the bussiness in the town that we are coming thru so that they will be open and we may support the 66 businiess that are.

Don't forget the 1st Annual Blue Carpet Corridor event will be held that weekend, Saturday and Sunday, June 13 and 14, in all the towns along the original (State Route 4) alignment of Route 66, from Chatham down to the Edwardsville/Collinsville area. Set out early Sunday morning and catch the fun, food, music, and more!
