IMPORTANT MESSAGE ABOUT SATURDAY'S CAMPFIRE RING!

The parking lot at the Midewin Nature Preserve will be closed tomorrow evening (Saturday, September 25). If you are attending the campfire/story session with Ike Widner, please note the following:

Drive north from the Nature Preserve parking lot - on your right hand side (approximately 3 long blocks) will be a gravel road marked "Old Iron Bridge Road" - turn right there and drive back to the campfire site.

There are still openings available - come out and enjoy an autumn evening with a full moon, a campfire, and stories. Bring a chair, something to cook over the fire (marshmallows or ?) and enjoy a night out (literally) on 66.
