The Funk Family has been producing its special brand of maple sirup (yes, it's the correct spelling) since 1824. They have more than 6,000 taps in their prolific stand of trees in Shirley. There's more to see than maple sirup at Funk's Grove. Take plenty of time to enjoy a timber walk and visit the mineral museum and many other sites on the property.
