Every time I come here, I always feel like we're leaving before my son gets the real full experience. For a toddler, there is no way they can experience everything this place has to offer in one day. It's unfortunate, though, that a membership only pays for itself after 4 visits per year (for a family with 2 adults and one child, anyway).
My son absolutely loves the room upstairs that is geared toward kids 4 and under. He literally spent 2.5 hours in there yesterday. We had to drag him out of there so we could go eat lunch. The water display downstairs is also very cool, but he wasn't into it yesterday. On other trips there, he has loved the water and we couldn't drag him away at all! Imcdst guess every kid is different at every age. If you plan on bringing your kid to the water area, take my advice and make sure to bring a change of clothes. Your child WILL get wet!
